What is the sportsfeed?
The sportsfeed is very similar to Facebook’s newsfeed. You’ll see actions that your sports friends are taking as well as game
reminders, scores, news, etc. about the teams you’re loyal to. The more you add to your feed by declaring your team loyalties and tagging your
friends, the more interesting and fun your feed will become.
How do I add teams to my sportsfeed?
Your feed helps you follow the teams that you care about. You can add more teams at any time by going to your profile, clicking
“edit loyalties” or you can “become a fan” from the team page.
What if my team isn’t listed?
We have hundreds of team represented from all over the world, but we’re always adding more. If your team isn’t listed, let us know
here.
How do I remove a team from my feed?
You can remove teams by going to the “profile” tab, selecting “edit loyalties” and removing your loyalty.
How do I add a friend to my sportsfeed?
If your friends are using any of our fan applications (and we already know which teams they like), we’ll automatically fill your
sportsfeed with info about that friend and their teams.
What does it mean to “tag” a friend?
Think of tagging friends as labeling them by which teams they like. If you know your friend Bob is a Steelers fan, tag him as a
Steelers’ fan. Then your sportsfeed will remind you (for example) to cheer Bob on or talk trash before the next Steelers’ game. The more friends
you tag, the more fun your sportsfeed becomes.
What does it mean to “Star” an article?
Staring an article helps you put a piece of news on your friends’ radar. A starred article is very likely to appear in your
friends’ sportsfeeds.
What happens if I “Broadcast” an article?
Broadcasting lets you share an article with friends. A notification will go out to the friends you select.
